Unprofessional and Malicious

In April 2023 an email was sent out to multiple credit bureaus with clearance certificate and paid up letters to update my profile. However only Experian is failing to remove the judgment and update my profile accordingly. I even logged disputes on the clear score app unfortunately till this day i did not receive any of your assistance. Currently, I app**** for property finance but declined because of the same Absa credit card account that was paid in full and the settlement letter issued to their offices via an email.

Kindly remove the judgment and update the profile as I am in need of approval for financial assistance. I have also attached the screenshot from the clear score app for your reference, would appreciate it if you could speed up the process for me not to lose the property offer I'm working on now.
