Unprofessional and Incompitent Account removed

This my second complaint and Experian has yet to resolve my issue. Experian had removed my capitec personal loan which is active on my credit report and is up to date. When I followed up with Experian none of the agents could advise me as to how this account has been removed, the agents working here are all ***********. I followed up with the creditor capitec and they said they had sent no instructions to remove I am fed up having to call everytime and waist my airtime. Capitec advised Experian needs to sort this out as they removed it. Kindly reinstate my capitec personal loan account which you removed for what reason?????? I want this sorted today this account is in good standing and you affecting my credit score. See correspondence from Capitec below
