Unprofessional

I am struggling to get through to Experian after numerous calls and hanging on the line for hours.I have also sent numerous emails without getting any response from them because i need to know if i am still flagged under debt review all my paid up letters and clearance certificates has been sent to the different bureus.Other bureaus confirmed on their side that i am no longer flagged it is just Experian that i am waiting for .
