I am so annoyed by experian credit bureau that they are not responding and are not clearing my name. I have sent them document (Letter of rescind) dated 28 September 2020, from the court and the supplier's attorneys instructing them to remove my name from credit bureau.

On the 6 January 2022, I sent them an email and by the 1 February 2022 my name is still on credit bureau, not cleared, I can't get any loan because of this.

Experian is stepping on my rights and this is pure injustice, as my life is really affected. At this present moment I am ********ly listed- The case number is 13759/2019.
