Unjustified Listing and Unfair Treatment

How can a credit bereau list my name stating non-payments received whereby my creditor even confirmed my account is up to date. It’s utterly shocking when I call, send multiple emails with no response and yet I am told I need to submit documents which you have received.

Unjustified listing and you are unable to remove the dispute raised?!

Better solve this asap because I’m beyond living at this point.

I need to see proof and confirmation this is handled!
