Unjust & ******* conduct by Experian employees failing to apply themselves in resolving disputes on both Experian and Compuscan.

Experian claims to have acquired Compuscan and why boast of an acquisition when they are failing to manage one business unit, I don't know. I raised a dispute regarding a paid up judgement on my credit profile in June 2021 and was rightfully removed from the Experian report but not on Compuscan which in effect is still appearing as a caution on my report and adversely affecting my credit application. I have called Experian 2/3 times and after waiting for close to 1hr on hold for each call for them to answer, the consultants on all occasions told me it was removed but I still see this notice which I explained to the last consultant I spoke to and even sent a screen shot. Eventually one of them proudly tells me this caution is because it is from Compuscan which has not been updated and I asked so I should now contact Compuscan she proudly says they acquired Compuscan and they (Experian) had to remove the said judgement from Compuscan to which I said great then remove it. To my dismay I must now wait another 21 days for this to be removed on Compuscan (Does this mean the period has now moved to 42 days? 21 for Experian and 21 for Compuscan). How can you say you are one company but your systems don't speak to each other. Looks like you derive pleasure from making consumers lives as difficult ass possible because based on this you should have a rule to the exception as this is not a consumers fault that your system doers not link to each other as one dispute should address both platforms in my opinion. I suggest you get professionals to put up a system for you or is it too difficult for your consultants to think if a dispute is addressed on one platform they should at least just do the same on the other platform. I mean, why should I restart the dispute and resubmit documents for the same thing 3 times. Get serious in your work. This is a simple fix but makes consumers very irate and I hope my dispute is fixed before weekend of 23 July 2021.
