UNHAPPY WITH EXPERIAN SERVICES

I am totally unhappy of how experian works, this honestly unpleasant experience, I honestly doubt that experian is taking they're work seriously I logged disputes on information reflecting on my credit report on their website www.creditexpert.co.za and I have sent e-mails 10 times to *** with no response and my disputes are not resolved till today I am honestly unhappy can someone please assist as I tried calling them but their phone just rings my ID no is ***. I didn't even get an sms or e-mail to advise as to whether my disputes are being looked at or not.... THUS IS THE THIRD MONTH NOW I AM NOT EVEN HELPED NOR ASSISTED.
