UNFAIR POLICY OF EXPERIAN SA

In response to the email from Nomthamsanqa Pienaar Thank you for your response. It seems that this is the only way to get a reply from Experian SA. Nomthamsanqa's response was: Good Day Thank you for your email Please be advised the reason for your score being Zero it is because of the rehabilitation order. This will fall off on the 6 Sep 2024. My reply to that: That seems a bit unfair. I underwent sequestration in 2014, the period for which is 10 years. The rehabilitation order app**** for after 5 years (2019) which rehabilitates me from sequestration should reduce that period. Why does it only fall away after another 5 years? What would be the point of rehabilitation then? ALL the other credit bureaus have given me an excellent rating. They have ALL adjusted my credit history. ONLY Experian has not updated my credit history. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR! WHY??? Please do not continue to penalise me for for my past lack of judgement?? Thank you Laura Quinn
