Unfair Credit Score Drop & No Support

My credit score dropped from 627 to 619 for no reason. I have no judgments, no recent inquiries, no new accounts, all accounts paid up to date, and several that have matured (over 6–12 months). My payment history is consistent with no adverse listings, so my score should be going up, not down.

I called Experian today and waited on the line for over two hours with no consultant answering. This poor service is unacceptable.

As per the National Credit Act and Credit Bureau Regulations, Experian must keep consumer information accurate and fair. I demand an urgent review and correction of my credit score.
