Unfair credit reporting
It looks to me like Experian has a relationship of some sort with MBD,as soon as you mention MBD to one of the Experian agent it's like you are talking to someone from MBD,i fail to understand Mbd will send info to Experian saying i'm one month behind (i have statements showing i pay them everymonth)that's why they are not updating the last update is always a month behind even though you are paying them monthly meaning if they debit my account end of November they will say my last payment date is October even if i can do a double or triple consecutive payments in the same month and when you call Experian they will come up with all sort of stories the latest being "your original balance is actually your arrears so it's one to one you will always be in arrears until you pay off the balance and we can also afford the creditors 60 days to update",but is it not unfair that DMC with the same setup they are actually updating on a monthly basis,so why is it a special case when it comes to MBD,is Experian not supposed to have an acurate report/behaviour of how you are paying your monthly debt cause it looks it's like they are misrepresenting alot of people,MBD will send a **** report and Experian will just take it,when you dispute they will lie and say they will investigate for 21 days, but their investigation will be based on the letters which MBD sends them not on facts meaning even if you are paying MBD every month or even double payments they can just tell Experian you missed some instalments a couple of years back they will just take it and report back saying your dispute was resolved in the creditor's favour,if you check all other Credit bureaus are acurate they show your score according to your monthly payment and your credit behaviour,Experian shows it according to lies they receive not facts, when you apply for credit at the banks they will tell you, you have a missed instalment on one of your accounts but your actually paying all your commitments,so this Experian fair reporting is actually misleading
