UNFAIR AND INCORRECT LISTINGS ALLOWED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OR PROOF OF POLICIES BEING IN CLIENTS NAME

I have been having issues with Santam since December 2019. They havent updated my profile and now that I want to apply for something, NOW I CANT! Someone sent incorrect information to Experian regarding a policy that I DO NOT HAVE! I have sent documents to Experian as well as proof that I no longer have policies with Santam since 2018. (keep in mind this is TWO years ago!) All i need is proof that my record is clear from that listing. Do you think experian will help me? No! they say i must wait 20 business days to see if they will remove it. I have been going back and fourth with SANTAM and now Experian wont even help me. My life is on hold because of them now.

Santam is useless at helping any client and they put WRONG listings on peoples profiles and who is actually punished because of it? THE CLIENT!

How can Experian allow this bull**** to continue to happen? Will they assist me? No! I must wait. Even if I get proof from Santam that I do not have any policy with them and owe them nothing, Experian will still not assist me. I must wait till they sort it out.
