What an absolute joke. Your contact numbers don't work!!! Had to physically go to your offices to find help, only to be shrugged off. You have no management personel at your offices? Your receptionist had someone call me and assist via phone while sitting in your lobby. This person said they would call back with a resolution to the issue. Waited 2 hours and decided to leave. Your system is now prohibiting my staff from accessing credit. And NO ONE at Experian seems to have the basic capability of client service. This is ********* behavior from a company that is one of the custodians of credit access for South Africans. It is truly shameful how I'll equipped your staff are in dealing with basic queries.
