Unbelievably poor client service
To whom this may concern. I have sent emails to experian regarding my credit report since last week, no response to this day. I have a debt review clearance certificate and would appreciate if your credit bureau can update my profile. This is a major holdup I am still flagged under debt review

03 Sept 2022, 11:44Good day. Its been two months since I have received my dept review clearance certificate. Non of your consultants ever followed up with me. You guys are just unprofessional. My life is on a standstill due to your delay. This is unfair i have paid for this yet you cannot simply just update my credit profile. Which should just be a few clicks and types on your system. Im saddened will have to take further actions and pay an attorney to deal with this matter. You have no idea how much your much your delay impacts my LIFE
