Unavailability and horrible service

It is puzzling how easy it is for these companies to put up nonsense on our credit profiles yet when you try to dispute the matter- you are being sent from pillar to post! These things have a huge impact on people's lives yet the availability of these rating companies is sickening when it comes to them having to rectify incorrect information on your reports! This culture needs to change!
