Unauthorized Enquiries disputes not getting resolved

Goodday,

On Compuscan my disputes does not get resolved many times, I have logged a dispute for unauthorized enquiries from FNB MNG and some others. 20 business days has passed and not resolved as per NCR. It seems companies are using Compuscan to do enquiries unauthorized becuase there is a couple of enquiries and I think they are miss using your resources, please note on POPIA regulations you may not give any company personal information without my concent. Please fix this or I will consult with the Credit Ombudsman.
