UNAUTHORISED ENQUIRIES ON MY PROFILE

I have about 15 enquiries on my profile which I only recognize 2 and not the rest. I have been trying to get hold of Experian since last month already, but they not answering their phones. I want this fixed ASAP, as I need to use my credit report.
