Unauthorised enquiries. No help in updating paid account
My experience with experian credit bureau... And supreme finance...
Since paying my account beginning of October 2021,an account i didnt even know ive missed a payment because for some reason supreme finance debit order never went off... The ordeal started as follows... Ive pulled a credit report upon being declined to rent a flat,i noticed i was listed by supreme finance.Immediately contacted supreme finance in an attemped to resolve this debit order that never went off 3 years ago that i was unaware of...
I then paid an ammount 3 times the ammount that i owed !! I was ASSURED by supreme finance that this would be updated immediately. 30 days passed...NO updates... Contacted supreme they refused any assistance and said i must contact experian.
R200 airtime later,i was still waiting for experian to pick up the phone.. ANOTHER 30 DAYS PASSED....STILL NO updated after ive disputed supreme
I made a mistake of contacting supreme once again in trying to get my account updated since experian does not want to look into this matter.
Supreme then made an ******* unautherised enquiry ,i once again contacted supreme and experian both companies seems like they have no idea on how to resolve my issue.
And now im completely being ignored by supreme and experian ..and my account still isnt updated and its been 60 days.

It seemed like she knew what i was talking about so i am hopefull that this will be resolved.
Thank you to this member of experian i will remove this negative review once it has been dealt with.
I really need this to be resolved since i cant rent with arrears on my creditreport.
