I was referring to the clearance certificate which you did help me with when I lodged the complaint. So, I’m not sure why you did not request my consent to lodge the dispute knowing very well about the impact of those disputes. Now what should happen when my application is declined? If you were unable to assist further you could have said that. You can’t just lodge disputes without my consent!
Please ensure those disputes are removed before end of business! If that is the only measure available to remedy my concerns, then I will lodge the disputes when the time is right. For now, as the matter of urgency, please remove those disputes!
