Unactioned dispute

I raised a dispute through experian regarding a settled account I held with Atlas. I forwarded my paid up letter to experian so they could update the account on my clearscore profile and received an automated response stating that it would take 20 days for the dispute to be resolved. I followed up on the ticket number that was given to me a month and half later, to my surprise the ticket had already been closed without any action or response.
