Unable to renew Experian subscription, website not working and callcenter unreachable

My annual subscription to obtain my credit report has expired. I am trying to renew the subscription. You would assume any company would be eager to retain existing customers and collect subscription fees. Clearly not Experian.

The webpage to renew a subscription is not working. Have tried on IE, Firefox and Chrome. Tried credit card payment as well as debit order. Each time I try I get an Error code 1300 and a message saying I must email the Webmaster.

I've tried emailing the elusive Webmaster, never get any response. I've tried calling the call center. It just rings and rings. I've also emailed *** and had no response from that email either.

How on earth can a credit bureau operate in this manner? I need to check if the information that Experian holds on me is accurate and yet I am unable to get my credit report from them. The NCA and Credit Ombudsman should intervene here. This is just ludicrous. Looking through other people's complaints on Hellopeter seems like no one else is able to contact this company either
