UNABLE TO OBTAIN A FREE CREDIT REPORT

I have been trying to obtain a free credit report from this credit bureau but unable to obtain a credit report. Their website states that it will take 48/72 hours for a turnaround time to obtain a credit report. I have been trying for a month now. No help given and it is disgusting as I am being turned down for job offers due to a poor credit status; yet I have updated my credit profile successfully on Transunion and Transunion have been very forthcoming and assistance great! Sadly, same cannot be said for experian sa~!!!
