un-updated credit profile

This is so not on, phone goes unanswered for days, we as South African are held hostage, our data remain un-updated for days while our life is at a stand-still and at a mercy of Experian, which supposed to be the best, the worst thing all the financial institute hold them soo high even though other bereaus has recent data. this is just a shame, any regulatory body that we can report them at???
