Two platforms different data.

How come that one platform (credit check) gets updated but the other (credit expert) does not. And guess what, the one platform (credit expert) not updated is the one banks link from. Upon enquiring was told the credit provider did not send the infor whilst I know it has. Why is allowed that one entity keeps 2 separate sets of data and the data is not identical. If that is not systematic filtering, tell me what it is. Secondly, I have disputed countless times my contact, residential and work information only to be told that I must contact the credit provider that submitted it. Who else knows my information better than ME yet the credit provides word is king.
