Truly unpleasant

I have since May attempted to get Experian to understand my issue regarding my credit profile. Numerous phonecalls and e-mails only result in me having to repeat myself time and again and explain to someone new. Firstly, their e-mail address apparently change and no notice was given to indicate this, not even an automated reply that might instruct my debt councillor on their new contact details. A ticket has been logged finally and it seems they understand the issue, but my last phone call with one of their agents was the final straw that led me to complain about Experian publicly.

She was unfriendly and unhelpful and when I wanted to give my reference number she asked for my ID number and asked: "What is this call about?" I explained it is regarding an existing issue and again she asked "What is it about?" So then I repeated myself for the umpteenth time and finally she saw there is an existing ticket and explained I have to wait 7 to 10 working days and then call them on the 11th day. I then said "ok" and she said "it is a pleasure" and I put the phone down because she was clearly not in the mood to talk to me or make any effort on her side to provide me with further assistance or to see if there wasn't an update on this matter that has been dragging on since May 2017.

I'm angry because this company is given so much power over my credit worthiness and I can't help but feel that they don't care at all about their customers and will only do what is least expected from them. Great impression guys, keep it up.
