Totally unresponsive

I lodged a dispute on 29 September to update my credit record following rehabilitation in July 2021. The Compuscan database was updated correctly, but Experian was updated to show sequestrated on the date of rehabilitation. I have sent numerous emails and received nothing but automated replies. I got hold of a call centre agent after holding for 20 minutes and another 20 minutes for her to tell me on her side it says rehabilitated. I sent an email again with screenshots from mycreditexpert and mycreditcheck to prove that it is in actual fact not true. Three follow up emails after that also unanswered. Today I was on hold for 10 minutes and got cut off. It seems the only way forward is to stage a sit-in at your Sandton offices and demand someone sort this out before I leave. I've never seen such an unresponsive company. Unfortunately most banks use Experian so it is imperative for this information to be corrected.

Reviewer Update
Following this complaint, we've just gone from bad to worse on my credit profile. Experian still shows sequestration in place, while Compuscan now has 2 notices both showing rehabilitation. No consultant ever contacted me as promised. I will appreciate it if someone with the appropriate knowledge of this problem can get in touch with me as soon as possible.
