This is the worst credit bureau

Worst credit bereau - they do not update their accounts, I have sent them my paid up letter and they refuse to close the Woolworths account, even Woolworths confirm that the account is closed. They do not respond, they do not update accounts, they do not answer calls, yet credit provider rely on these people for our information which is really not fair. Can someone do something about these people? How can they be rated amongst the top 3 if they are so terrible at what they do, they are affecting peoples lives.
