They don’t want to update my credit report

EXP***3-CD52364/EXP***3-CD52358 these are my references for disputes logged with Experian, I was told the creditors have not uploaded my paid up letters, fortunately for me I only owed 2 creditors, I immediately called the creditors and they provided proof that they have uploaded paid up letter s with the bureaus. I then sent the screenshots from the creditors however Experian is telling me I need to wait for 60 days. But why???? It’s like they enjoy seeing a person credit health shuttered. I would appreciate if this is attended and my credit report updated accordingly.
