They don't update accounts

<p>i have had an account at o.k furniture sunnyside branch the account was settled in 2015, i wanted to buy a house they told me my itc score is low, when i pull my credit report with experian it reflected O.K Furniture was not paid from 2015 till now, when i call them they don't told me they did send the instruction to close the account on experian, the guy who helped me told me he will call me back from o.k headoffice but he never call back and after a week i checked again and nothing was updated. I call again and they told me the problem is with experian and they told me its not the firsttime customers call complaining about there accounts not closed with experian. Even now no one can help me i called experian serveral times and i even logged a dispute but the keep on blaming each other and nothing is helping me.</p>
