THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

These people are not professional and think they are selling our personal information to these service providers. how come an account that's prescribed and logged a dispute about it to these people and they send me communication stating that the account is closed and the people handed over to is in final closure, after many years of me not using my old contact information till now that i gave these people my new contact information to update my profile. and suddenly the debt recovery people that the account was handed to suddenly contact me for the first time in years after the account was prescribed and me updating my profile with my new contact is very fishy and reporting this matter to the NCR as this is a breach of personal information as per POPI ACT, cause this is causing problems to our livelihoods and wish this company shuts down. their service is very terrible as we wait weeks to get a response via email, their call centre is the worst as we wait more than hour to get connected and soon as you find someone, they hang up. i'm not letting this go till my issue is resolved and hoping the NCR will look into this matter
