The service is a disgrace

After numerous of calls, emails and every other communication source I'm still getting no feed back from experian sa what so ever. I am dead to them. I logged a dispute to have judgements removed from my credit report however nothing has been resolved yet. This is so frustrating and upsetting to get no service from the company. Please I'm asking and begging for help here.
