The profile is giving me different information

This credit bureaus company is showing that I'm under debt counseling. The received everything from DC and NCR, I received a notification on Mycreditcheck.co.za that the debt restructuring is removed. But it is still showing that I am under debt review, the consultant that I spoke with with the name Lusizo said that he will get back to me, and he did not. I want them to update my profile.
