THE PITS!!!! Cheeky and rude call centre agent with the worst customer service!!!!

What a horrible call centre, I do not remember having such a bad experience with a call centre before 45min before ANYONE answered the call, then i had to wait another 10min while they were "checking the system" the agent who answered the phone was busy talking to other people while having me on the line, they would randomly speak a different language thinking I understand Sotho, and correct herself halfway through the speech. Really really bad service and all I'm trying to do is correct my credit report. Hopefully no one else gets to experience this because if his is the people who have access to our credit reports no wonder ***** is so rife in this country!!!!!! You seriously need to vet your people properly before employing them especially when its something as sensitive as a credit report.
