The non-existent service from Experian

Its an absolute nightmare to deal with this Bureau, its as if they do not exist yet every institution relies on their data/information. How is this possible!!!!!! No answer on their telephones, no answer on their emails, no answer on anything!!! The livelihood of South Africans depends on the accuracy of the information that they keep but yet they are unable to keep their records updated and it seems that you as client is simply ignored.
