The most useless Company in South Africa

What an unbelievable useless Company. I have never in my life experienced such bad service or should I say no service at all. I have been trying to log a dispute I have emailed 4 times every email address I could find as well have phoned daily for over a month. this company literally hold your credit score life in their hands and yet when you want to clear your name you cant get help.
