<p>I called them regarding my credit report. Firstly, once you select the correct option, you just hold the line without any voice prompt advising that your call will be attaended. After 25 minutes of holding, you get rude and *********** staff that will also make you hold for long again. Transunion is the best with customer service, i am sure they can learn one or two things from them.</p>
