I have paid up my last loan on feb 28 and till today they have not updated my credit rating i am being told there's Experian sigma and Experian data both giving different credit rating and on of their agents clearscore advised that you can apply for loans and i get declined. why advise someone to take credit and give offers only for them to be declined which impacts ratings negatively and why is my rating still low when i dont have any accounts in areas

i have been in contact with a rude consultants who didn't even want to help resolve my query lusanda i escalated to a good manager Leah who has been trying to get feedback for the past week to no avail no turn around time is given on when my query will be resolved

i am going to report this behavior to the credits ombud

you guys are playing with peoples lives

when we owe your quick to penalize us but when we pay you don't update accordingly
