Terrible service, lack of communication and failure to update data

I have been sending emails and calling without receiving any feedback whatsoever! I have all my paid-up letters and clearance certificate but despite many disputes being logged nothing is being updated or changed. Not only that the address and employment details are so old I don't even work or live there anymore. I am at my wits end as to what to do!
