Terrible service from Compuscan

I hate having to revert to this but it seems like this is the only way to get a reaction besides we are still investigating. I have lodged a complaint with Compuscan on 27 December already with a listing to be removed from my profile. I did all the legwork in getting the letter to confirm that I am not under debt review. And sadly to date I am still waiting. I waited the 20 day period as instructed by them and all communication to them with regards to the matter ends up in the automated response which is most of the time all I get back. There is also two accounts which have not been updated to paid up status still open. :( Can I please get some action as this is the worst service. All the other bureaus were quick in responding and if clearing the matter.

Good day Maryka, we sincerely apologise for the frustration that you have experienced.

We have spoken to our consumer care department and they have advised that they have received the call recording where you consent to the credit check being done on your profile.

We will forward the recording to you shortly.

Kind regards,
Compuscan

Good day thank you for the reply. As stated via mail as well. I was inquiring about a consolidation loan and that was how the link was advertised that I clicked on. I was not looking for debt review. And as I clearly stated in the audio as well as proof given in the letter from NDA that was forwarded to you I did not and do not want debt review. And even though I gave consent for them to do a credit check I was not advised that this will be a permanent feature on my credit profile which in turn will then affect any future applications I might make to get a consolidation loan, which is unfair if you take into account the query was done on 6 November already and still guess what I am not under debt review. But with that reflecting on my profile that I have really tried to build up for the business I am trying to get up I am unable to get finance as it seems like I want to go on debt review, which is not the case. You can understand where my dilemma starts. That is why I requested and got the necessary paper work as proof so the listing can be removed from my profile.

Below message from compuscan and again we are standing without any movement. I listened to recording and it was stated that I want a consolidation loan not debt review. And at no time during the conversation was it stated that this credit check from NDA will reflect on my profile and could have a negative impact. Good day Maryka, a copy of the telephone recording is attached as proof that you consented to the credit check being done on your profile. We will however submit the enquiry for removal on the basis that you did not consent to the check being done for a debt review application. We will advise you when the enquiry has been removed. Good day went to check after receiving mail that it has been removed. But sadly NDA is still on profile. Date 06.11.2018. Profile has not been corrected. :(
