TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am totally fed up and frustrated with Experian. All my debt was paid up in March and all other credit bureaus have update my status EXCEPT Experian. I have sent them numerous emails with my clearance certificate and paid up letters but nothing has changed on their system for more than 3 month. I have called them and just keep being kept on hold due to "high call volumes". I am trying to purchase a property but keep getting rejected because of this issue!!! I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT FURTHER TO DO!!!!!!
