Terrible service

Good day, I have been dealing with Patricia Mosia since the 19th December, trying to dispute a record on my profile that has been paid months ago, the bank confirmed that updates has been sent regarding this account and provided a paid up letter as well. Upon several occassions of explaining this to Patricia and providing the supporting document, she still hasnt resolved the issue and still replies and says the paid up letter is for all accounts prior to 21 September according to the paid up letter date, yet I am disputing a paid up loan, still reflecting on my profile, last updated in May 2023. The FNB temp loans are pay day loans, meaning it has to be paid, IN FULL, on the next pay day. I have no active FNB Temp loans. This has become such a frustrating experience. Likewise with the Iwyze Gap cover still reflecting on my profile. This has been cancelled effective 01/09/2023. Can this please be removed. I can send all supporting documents.
