Terrible Service

I really struggle with this company. its really difficult to get through to them. there is a Company that list me as a Payment profile History that i apparently owe them money, MBD Legal collection as they bought prescribed debt. i must phone Experian every month to take it off as that is prescribed debt, after they removed it, it came back again on my profile a month later. NOW i really struggle to take it off again as it must not be listed on my Payment history. i already send them emails but no response. it shows that im behind payment. Transunion Helped me and it never came back on my Transunion Credit report. Also MyCreditCheck removed Payment profile but NOT myCreditExpert with Experian. I really like this to be sorted out as this must not be like this on my profile with Experian.
