Terrible service

<br> Can't get an untrue negative point off my credit report !!! <br> <br> It has now been exactly one month (31 Days) since my first email to you guys. I have sent a further 9 follow up emails as attached.<br> <br> This process is taking longer than it should and is now becoming really frustrating. I will be reporting this! This is absolutely outrageous and I am done waiting for action from you. <br>
