Terrible customer service and unreasonable requests.
I have made a few enquiries on my credit report i was asked to provide my payslip , bank statements, 4 sample signatures, ID copy and proof of address, im not sure if that is a valid request when a consumer needs to dispute an enquiry. i Keep calling but their line just stays silent with no response. I have submitted all documents but i cant speak to anyone to give me feedback on my enquiries. The customer care service is horrific as compared to Transunion who have assisted me and are easily accessible.

I have sent confidential documents to your consultants and now i feel really uneasy that only two enquiries where logged, where as all enquiries have required my pay slips , bank statements.
someone needs to call me and explain what is going on.
