Terrible company to deal with

This place is like a unicorn, and not in a good way. I send emails, no response. I call the office, it only rings. You can go through the options of selecting 1 or 2, but that's the end of the line. No one answers!!! How are you responsible for my credit but I cannot get hold of you to fix anything at all?!
