Terrible and disgusting service

Ive been emailing this company for months . Ive been phoning I just wait on the line for hours no one answers me no one gets back to me like seriously? Im a 20 year old guy My credit score took a hit due to the pandemic Ive been trying to fix my credit score since February this year . I gave up already I cant get anything to my name I get rejected by every place and all I get is contact this company. The name already make me give up hope because I’ve been trying to atleast get one answer atleast or some feedback from this company
