Terriable no one gets back , dont even answer phones at ALL.....

No one answer the phones been phoning and emailing them for months nothing has been done I sent my paid up letter to them and nothing has been done ... Still have an amount from Wesbank but it has been paid up since last year September it is affecting my credit ..
