Taking to Long to remove my name out of ITC

<p>Documents were submitted to Compuscan via the creditors i owed , the account as been paid in full yet to date Compuscan has not removed my name from ITC , When calling in they say it takes 20 business days the other 3 ITC companies has removed my name withing 2 to 3 days why is it takign compuscan so long yet they have the documentation this is affecting my credit rating as i app**** for a loan and got declines because of this . </p>
