TAKES TWO WEEKS AT A TIME TO GET AN EMAIL

On the 28th of July I emailed Experian as I couldn't remember my password and login details. On the 18th of August I receive an email from Selina Vilakazi asking for proof of residence and copy of ID. On the 19 Aug I mailed Selina back asking why I cannot get hold of anyone again on the call center and proceed to tell her that I eventually bought a full credit report that was over R300 - to keep getting messages via email saying that their has been changes/updates to my credit report. I am concerned that I have wasted over R300 and things are changing (which shouldn't be) and asked her to assist me. 08 September, I received a email from Selina stating I must provide my ID number and my credit report may be updated on a monthly basis as my accounts are being paid and that for more information and contact ***. On the 8th of September, I emailed Selina my ID number as requested, still to date I have had no answer and if she read my emails properly she would see that call center number doesn't work and things should not been updated so frequently - unusual amount of activity on my credit report & I am not happy with the level of service (lack of) I am receiving from Experian.
