SWU Credit solution account not updated as closed or paid up on my credit profile which Experian.

I send a paid up letter in October 2023 and again in January 2024. Experian responded on 8th February 2024 through Namhla Hill(Jira) that the account of SWU CREDIT SOLUTION has been updated. And I took up a loan with a bank I realized that the SWU CREDIT SOLUTION account is not updated. Still reflects in areas.
