Such an inconvenience 😡

Why is it so hard to get experian to update my credit record when all the required information has been submitted, I have been waiting over 6 months now for the update on paid u and and prescribed debts to be removed. This is so inconvenient because I'm missing out on job opportunities in the sectors of my experience because unfortunately they do look at credit record. And experian is supposed be a trusted bureau in South Africa. I need an update urgently.
